At River Valley Athletic Club, our group fitness classes are fun! Our certified instructors are dedicated to making each class as successful and enjoyable as possible. Whether you’re into Spinning, Pilates, Yoga, Water aerobics, or Kickboxing, we’ve got a class for you. With over sixty scheduled classes every week, there’s something for every interest, every age, and every level of fitness.
