Junior Fitness

Junior Fitness is a training program designed for 12 and 13 year old members to help them understand more about exercise and safety.  Junior members, age 12 and 13, who would like to use the upstairs fitness equipment are required by insurance regulations to take this training class.  The Junior Fitness program is also a great option for 14-18 year old members new to the weight training to gain an understanding of how to use the equipment safely and effectively. Participants are given a 20 page booklet that includes three sample workouts

  • Safety
  • Exercise terminology and guidelines
  • Gym etiquette and behavior
  • Muscles emphasized
  • Fitness programming guidelines


  • $75 for a 60 – 90 minutes
