Teen Strength Training

Personal Trainer Bret Blackman will be on the fitness floor to oversee youth strength training. This program is designed for youth ages 14–18 and those 12-13 years old who have completed the Junior Fitness Program. Bret will provide assistance with form and programming to those using the fitness floor strength equipment. Sample workouts will be provided. This is a great opportunity for teens to work out under the supervision of a certified personal trainer. Come any time during the time frame to complete your workout. Sign up at the Front Desk.
