you’re like many people,
you’ve never worked with a
personal trainer. You
probably have questions
like: how do I know if I
need a personal trainer?
What will a personal trainer
do for me? What are the
sessions like?
Personal trainers work with
you to advance your current
level of fitness, no matter
where you’re at. You may be
an experienced lifter
looking for tips on a new
routine, or you could be
stepping into a gym for the
first time. If you’re new to
this, not to worry. Our
trainers are friendly and
non-elitist and will be
happy to work with you to be
sure your workouts are safe,
fun, and productive.
Sessions are typically an
hour, and you get two free
sessions when you become a
member. Because our clients
have different backgrounds,
schedules and goals, we
provide a variety of
experienced trainers so
you’re sure to find a good
fit.
