Wednesdays 9:30am and 5:00pm Non-members: $14-$16/class depending on package

What is CUT?

CUT is the perfect small-group class for those looking to get lean using carefully planned, creative programming that employs a balanced approach to reshaping your body.   All CUT classes are taught by a certified personal trainer.

You will perform stability, strength, and power-based exercises in all planes of motion.  This will allow for maximal strengthening, toning and reshaping…with minimal risk of injury or overuse issues.
